Zwiebeln und Knoblauch in Oliven\u00f6l anschwitzen, den gebackenen K\u00fcrbis hinzuf\u00fcgen und mit Wasser oder Br\u00fche aufgie\u00dfen, sodass alle Zutaten bedeckt sind. Kochen, bis der K\u00fcrbis weich ist, dann mit Salz, Pfeffer, Muskatnuss und\/oder Zimt w\u00fcrzen und zu einer glatten Masse p\u00fcrieren.
