Vi\u0161e puta okrenite patlid\u017ean tokom pe\u010denja.<\/li><li>U me\u0111uvremenu dodajte u lonac vodu i prstohvat soli. Kada voda zavrije, dodajte jo\u0161 kus-kus i sitno nasjeckano \u010dehno bijelog luka (po \u017eelji i 1 ka\u0161iku maslinovog ulja) te pokrijte i stavite na stranu.<\/li><li>Zagrijte u tavi 2 ka\u0161ike maslinovog ulja, dodajte za\u010dine, so i sitno nasjeckani luk te pr\u017eite oko 5 minuta. Dodajte pelate, propasirajte ih gnje\u010dilicom i onda dodajte i slanutak. Kuhajte oko 8 minuta.<\/li><li>Ogulite koru s ohla\u0111enog patlid\u017eana i dodajte \u201emeso\u201c u tavu. Dobro promije\u0161ajte, po potrebi dodatno usitnite lopaticom za mije\u0161anje i kuhajte jo\u0161 5 minuta.<\/li><li>Servirajte jelo u zdjelici. Dodajte kus-kus i umak te po \u017eelji ka\u0161i\u010dicu biljnog jogurta i svje\u017ee povr\u0107e.
