Bez obzira na to \u0161to nema mnogo klini\u010dki dokazanih djelovanja probiotika, njihova je uloga u o\u010duvanju zdravlja nedvojbena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OSVJE\u017dUJU\u0106A PROBIOTI\u010cKA JUHA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>svje\u017ei krastavac<\/li><li>probioti\u010dki jogurt<\/li><li>sol, papar, \u010de\u0161njak<\/li><li>malo limunova soka<\/li><li>maslinovo ulje<\/li><li>mljeveni \u010dili (po \u017eelji)<\/li><li>kopar, komora\u010d ili orasi po \u017eelji<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ogulite krastavac i nare\u017eite ga na komadi\u0107e. Narezanom krastavcu dodajte sve ostale sastojke i miksajte. Na kraju po \u017eelji mo\u017eete dodati kopar, komora\u010d ili nasjeckane orahe i rashladiti juhu u hladnjaku.
