Mahune su me\u0111u najzastupljenijim mahunarkama i mogu biti dostupne cijele godine u zamrznutoj ina\u010dici. Zbog visokog sadr\u017eaja vlakana izvrsne su za zdravlje probavnog sustava. Lako se i brzo pripremaju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PURETINA I ZELENE MAHUNE S FETA SIROM I BADEMIMA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>pure\u0107e bijelo meso<\/li><li>zelene mahune (mo\u017ee smrznute)<\/li><li>feta sir<\/li><li>bademi u listi\u0107ima<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za preljev:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sol, papar, senf, maslinovo ulje, limunov sok, \u010de\u0161njak<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Listi\u0107e badema kratko popr\u017eite na tavici dok rubovi ne dobiju zlatno sme\u0111u boju. Pure\u0107e bijelo meso za\u010dinite i ispecite \u201ena naglo\u201c. Mahune skuhajte prema uputama na pakiranju (ako upotrebljavate zamrznutu verziju). Ohla\u0111ene mahune stavite u posudu, dodajte feta sir (mo\u017eete ga rezati na kockice ili smrviti) i popr\u017eene bademe. Preljev pripremite u posebnoj posudici pa salatu za\u010dinite neposredno prije jela.
