Jaja imaju iznimnu biolo\u0161ku i hranjivu vrijednost. Bjelan\u010devine jaja imaju visoku biolo\u0161ku vrijednost i sadr\u017eavaju sve esencijalne aminokiseline. Na povr\u0107e dodajte piletinu narezanu na trakice i narezana kuhana jaja te pospite sjemenkama.
