Le\u0107a pripada skupini mahunarki te je po\u017eeljna namirnica u prehrani.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sadr\u017eava velik udio prehrambenih vlakana, koja su po\u017eeljna za normalan rad probavnog sustava. Dobar je izvor i vitamina B-skupine, koji pridonose normalom radu \u017eiv\u010danog sustava. Posolite, popaprite i dodajte za\u010dinskog bilja po \u017eelji.
