Tele\u0107a jetra bogat je izvor \u017eeljeza, cinka, bakra, vitamina A i D te nekih vitamina B-skupine.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnogi se boje konzumirati jetru zbog straha od \u0161tetnih tvari jer ipak je jetra filtar organizma i kroz nju sve prolazi. No nutritivna svojstva jetrice umnogome nadilaze opasnost od mogu\u0107ih \u0161tetnih tvari koje jetra mo\u017ee sadr\u017eavati. Brokulu i gra\u0161ak skuhajte u slanoj vodi te ih propasirajte. U blenderu smiksajte pirjanu jetru s lukom i \u010de\u0161njakom i kisele krastavce. Za\u010dinite po \u017eelji i dodajte maslinova ulja ovisno o \u017eeljenoj gusto\u0107i.
