Mahune su jedna od najzastupljenijih mahunarki i mogu biti dostupne cijele godine kao zamrznuta ina\u010dica. Zbog visokog sadr\u017eaja vlakana izvrsne su za zdravlje probavnog sustava. Lako se i brzo pripremaju.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za dana\u0161nji ru\u010dak i ve\u010deru trebat \u0107e vam 200 \u2013 300 g mahuna. Upotrijebite zamrznute mahune. Jednako su kvalitetne kao i svje\u017ee, a budu\u0107i da nije sezona mahuna, predla\u017eemo zamrznutu varijantu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ru\u010dak: VARIVO OD MAHUNA I PURETINE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za jednu osobu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>150 g puretine (veli\u010dine dlana)<\/li><li>100 \u2013 150 g zamrznutih mahuna<\/li><li>1 mala glavica luka<\/li><li>1 mala mrkva (naribati)<\/li><li>1 \u010de\u0161anj \u010de\u0161njaka<\/li><li>1 mali krumpir<\/li><li>maslinovo ulje, sol, papar, mljevena crvena paprika<\/li><li>1 \u2013 2 \u017eli\u010dice pasate.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puretinu nare\u017eite na kockice. Luk usitnite i pirjajte na malo maslinova ulja. Dodajte puretinu pa kratko pirjajte dok meso ne pobijeli. Dodajte protisnuti \u010de\u0161njak, naribanu mrkvu i krumpir narezan na plo\u0161ke. Posolite, poparite, dodajte mljevenu crvenu papriku i podlijte vru\u0107om vodom. Kuhajte dok krumpir malo ne omek\u0161a, otprilike 15 minuta. Dodajte odabrano povr\u0107e. Kuhano jaje nare\u017eite na \u010detvrtine i dodajte mahunama. Ako stavljate luk i \u010de\u0161njak, sitno ih nasjeckajte i dodajte smjesi mahuna i jaja. Za\u010dinite maslinovim uljem, solju i paprom.
