Proso je vrlo vrijedna \u017eitarica koja obiluje bjelan\u010devinama i prehrambenim vlaknima. Ne sadr\u017eava gluten pa je pogodno i za osobe koje pate od celijakije. Lako je probavljiva \u017eitarica, a zbog prisutnosti vlakana ima vrlo povoljan utjecaj na probavni sustav.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za dana\u0161nji ru\u010dak i ve\u010deru trebat \u0107e vam 200 g prosa za 1 osobu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ru\u010dak: POPE\u010cCI OD PROSA S UMAKOM I SALATOM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za jednu osobu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 g prosa (skuhajte odmah 200 g pa odvojite 100 g i ostavite za ve\u010deru)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 malo jaje za povezivanje smjese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 g feta sira po \u017eelji<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>malo luka i \u010de\u0161njaka po \u017eelji (mo\u017ee i mladi luk, sad je sezona)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 mala tikvica (naribati i ocijediti)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 mala mrkva ili komadi\u0107 celera (naribati)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>list per\u0161ina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sol, papar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dodatni za\u010dini po \u017eelji (maj\u010dina du\u0161ica, kadulja, bosiljak\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kru\u0161ne mrvice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jogurt, sol, papar, mljevena crvena paprika, usitnjeni per\u0161in i limunov sok za umak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sezonska salata po \u017eelji (zelena salata, matovilac, kupus, radi\u010d\u2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skuhajte proso prema uputama (najbolje ga je kuhati u omjeru 1 : 3 u korist vode). Pomije\u0161ajte sve sastojke i dobro ih pove\u017eite. Rukama oblikujte pope\u010dke uz pomo\u0107 kru\u0161nih mrvica, stavite ih na papir za pe\u010denje i pecite u pe\u0107nici oko 20 minuta na 200 \u00b0C.
