Heljda je jo\u0161 prili\u010dno nepoznata namirnica, ali vrlo zdrava. Iako mnogi vjeruju da je heljda \u017eitarica, ona se svrstava u obitelj trava. Ne sadr\u017eava gluten pa je pogodna i za prehranu osoba oboljelih od celijakije.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kulinarski gledano, vrlo je zahvalna jer se mo\u017ee pripremati u slatkim i slanim varijantama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za dana\u0161nji ru\u010dak i ve\u010deru trebat \u0107e vam 300 g heljde za jednu osobu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ru\u010dak: SLO\u017dENAC OD HELJDE, KELJA I MLJEVENOG MESA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Heljda 150 g<\/li><li>Kelj 250 g<\/li><li>Mljevena junetina 130 g<\/li><li>Luk 30 g<\/li><li>\u010ce\u0161njak 1 re\u017eanj<\/li><li>Celer 50 g<\/li><li>Mrkva 50 g<\/li><li>Raj\u010dica 50 g<\/li><li>Maslinovo ulje 1 \u017elica<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na maslinovu ulju pirjajte sitno nasjeckane luk, \u010de\u0161njak, celer i mrkvu. Kad povr\u0107e omek\u0161a, dodajte mljevenu junetinu, sol, papar, timijan i bosiljak te podlijevajte vodom dok se meso ne skuha. Pred kraj kuhanja dodajte doma\u0107i umak od raj\u010dice. Posebno skuhajte heljdu u blago slanoj vodi, a posebno listove kelja. Ocijedite heljdu i kelj.
