Slanutak je visokovrijedna namirnica i svakako je preporu\u010dljiv u prehrani. Va\u017ean je izvor bjelan\u010devina i prehrambenih vlakana zbog \u010dega \u0107e vam pru\u017eiti dulji osje\u0107aj sitosti. Bogat je vitaminima i mineralima. Mo\u017ee se upotrebljavati u konzerviranom obliku.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za dana\u0161nji ru\u010dak i ve\u010deru trebat \u0107e vam 240 g SLANUTKA (1 konzerva) za jednu osobu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ru\u010dak: PILE\u0106I FILE I SALATA OD SLANUTKA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za jednu osobu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 pile\u0107i file veli\u010dine dlana (oko 150 g)<\/li><li>150 g slanutka (konzerviranog)<\/li><li>malo luka po \u017eelji<\/li><li>1 mali krastavac<\/li><li>malo zelenog lisnatog povr\u0107a (zelena salata, matovilac\u2026)<\/li><li>list per\u0161ina<\/li><li>maslinovo ulje, sol, papar, limunov sok<\/li><li>sjemenke po \u017eelji (suncokretove, sezamove, bu\u010dine).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pile\u0107i file posolite i popaprite te ispecite \u201ena naglo\u201c na malo ulja. Slanutak iz konzerve ocijedite i stavite u posudu. Krastavac i ostalo odabrano povr\u0107e te luk sitno nasjeckajte te dodajte slanutku. Dodajte sve ostale sastojke i dobro sjedinite smjesu. Prema potrebi mo\u017eete dodati vode ako je namaz jako \u010dvrst. Nama\u017eite na tost, integralni kruh ili dvopek.
