Kad dobijete mekano tijesto, razvaljajte ga u tanki valjak te re\u017eite na manje komadi\u0107e. Na svinjskoj masti pirjate luk i dodajte kiseli kupus. Posolite, popaprite i dodajte malo crvene paprike te podlijte vodom. Pred kraj kuhanja dodajte svinjetinu narezanu na kockice. Preostale komade odreska od svinjetine za\u010dinite i ispecite na tavi.
