Piletinu smo ve\u0107 upotrebljavali u receptima pa \u0107emo samo ponoviti neke njezine najva\u017enije prednosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pile\u0107e meso va\u017ena je karika u prehrambenoj piramidi i odlikuje se velikim sadr\u017eajem bjelan\u010devina. Na maslinovu ulju pirjajte gra\u0161ak i mrkvu te dodajte cvjeta\u010du, za\u010dinite i poklopite posudu. Kad cvjeta\u010da omek\u0161a, \u201eri\u017eoto\u201c je gotov.
