Celer je zaista izvrstan i kad je naviknete na njegov okus, toliko \u0107ete ga zavoljeti da \u0107ete ga po\u010deti gurati u gotovo sva jela. Kako bi bilo da jedanput, za promjenu, upotrijebite malo manje lijepog brati\u0107a celera u listu, celer u gomolju? Preostalo povr\u0107e zajedno s prstovetom listi\u0107a ru\u017emarina sitno nasjeckajte u mikseru. Istucite tele\u0107i odrezak. Na mje\u0161avini kosane masti i maslinova ulja brzo ga popecite s obje strane i izvadite iz tave. Na istoj masti popr\u017eite luk i \u010de\u0161njak te odmah dodajte preostalo povr\u0107e s ru\u017emarinom i lovorovim listom. Posolite, popaprite i pokrijte te ostavite da se pirja na srednjoj vatri 5 \u2013 10 minuta. Cijelo vrijeme pazite da povr\u0107e ne zagori. Dodajte odrezak, podlijte s 1 dl vina, pri\u010dekajte da vino ishlapi te ponovno podlijte s 1 dl kipu\u0107e vode ili gove\u0111e juhe u koju ste dodali koncentrat raj\u010dice. Pirjajte na vrlo slaboj vatri dok meso potpuno ne omek\u0161a, otprilike sat vremena. Ako imate \u201eslow cooker\u201d, jelo mo\u017eete pripremiti i u njemu. U tom slu\u010daju meso \u0107e se dulje kuhati. Prema potrebi podlijevajte kipu\u0107om vodom ili juhom. Ogulite celer i grubo ga naribajte ili nare\u017eite na trakice. U posudici pomije\u0161ajte celer i preljev od majoneze, posolite po ukusu i poprskajte sokom od limuna. Pomije\u0161ajte i ostavite u hladnjaku najmanje pola sata.
