Danes bo na jedilniku solata iz rjavega ri\u017ea, \u0161pargljev, \u010de\u0161njevih paradi\u017enikov in feta sira. Za bogatost okusa bo poskrbel gor\u010di\u010dni preliv. Pokrijemo in kuhamo po navodilih na embala\u017ei. Ko je ri\u017e skuhan, ga odstavimo in pustimo, da se ohladi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0160parglje nare\u017eemo na 1cm velike ko\u0161\u010dke. V ponev damo 1 \u017elico olj\u010dnega olja in na njem popra\u017eimo \u0161parglje. Solimo in popramo po okusu. \u0160parglje odstavimo na stran, da se ohladijo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V manj\u0161emu multipraktiku ali s pomo\u010djo pali\u010dnega me\u0161alnika dobro zmiksamo \u010desen, gor\u010dico, olj\u010dno olje in kis ali limonin sok.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V skledi zme\u0161amo ohlajen ri\u017e in \u0161parglje, preliv, olive, sesekljano rde\u010do \u010debulo in \u010de\u0161njeve paradi\u017enike. Na vrh dodamo \u0161e feta sir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solato lahko u\u017eivamo ohlajeno na sobni temperaturi, \u0161e bolj\u0161a pa bo, \u010de jo bomo dali za pribli\u017eno 2 uri v hladilnik.
