Stro\u010dji fi\u017eol spada med najbolj priljubljene stro\u010dnice, zamrznjen pa je na voljo vse leto. Ker vsebuje veliko vlaknin, je odli\u010den za zdravo prebavo. Njegova priprava je hitra in preprosta.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za dana\u0161nje kosilo in ve\u010derjo boste potrebovali 200\u2013300 g stro\u010djega fi\u017eola. Uporabite zamrznjen stro\u010dji fi\u017eol. Nasekljajte \u010debulo in jo podu\u0161ite na malo olj\u010dnega olja. Dodajte puranje meso in kratko podu\u0161ite, dokler meso ne postane bele barve. Dodajte izbrano zelenjavo. Kuhano jajce nare\u017eite na \u010detrtine in ga dodajte stro\u010djemu fi\u017eolu. \u010ce boste uporabili \u010debulo in \u010desen, ju drobno nasekljajte ter dodajte me\u0161anici stro\u010djega fi\u017eola in jajc. Za\u010dinite z olj\u010dnim oljem, soljo in poprom.
