Proso je izjemno polnovredno \u017eito, bogato z beljakovinami in prehranskimi vlakninami. Ne vsebuje glutena, zato je primerno za osebe s celiakijo. Je zelo lahko prebavljivo \u017eito, zaradi vlaknin pa ugodno vpliva na prebavo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za dana\u0161nja kosilo in ve\u010derjo za eno osebo boste potrebovali 200 g prosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kosilo: PROSENE POLPETE Z OMAKO IN SOLATO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za 1 osebo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 g prosa (takoj skuhajte 200 g, 100 g odvzemite in pustite za ve\u010derjo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 majhno jajce za povezovanje mase<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 g fete po \u017eelji<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Malo \u010debule in \u010desna po \u017eelji (uporabite lahko tudi mlado \u010debulo, ki je zdaj v sezoni)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 manj\u0161a bu\u010dka (naribajte in iztisnite vodo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 manj\u0161i koren\u010dek ali ko\u0161\u010dek zelene (naribajte)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vejica peter\u0161ilja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sol, poper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dodatne za\u010dimbe po \u017eelji (materina du\u0161ica, \u017eajbelj, bazilika itd.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kruhove drobtine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jogurt, sol, poper, mleta sladka paprika, nasekljan peter\u0161ilj in limonin sok za omako<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sezonska solata po \u017eelji (zelena solata, motovilec, zelje, radi\u010d itd.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava:<\/strong><br>Proso skuhajte po navodilih (najbolje ga je kuhati v razmerju 1 : 3 v korist vode). Vse sestavine zme\u0161ajte, da nastane homogena masa. Z rokami oblikujte polpete in jih povaljajte v drobtinah. Polagajte jih na papir za peko in pecite v pe\u010dici, segreti na 200 \u00b0C, pribli\u017eno 20 minut.
