Ajda je \u0161e vedno precej neznano \u017eivilo, vendar je zelo zdrava. \u010ceprav mnogi mislijo, da je ajda \u017eito, jo uvr\u0161\u010damo v dru\u017eino dresnovk. Ne vsebuje glutena, zato je primerna tudi za prehrano bolnikov s celiakijo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S kulinari\u010dnega stali\u0161\u010da je zelo hvale\u017ena, saj jo lahko pripravimo za sladke in slane jedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za dana\u0161nja kosilo in ve\u010derjo boste potrebovali 300 g ajde za eno osebo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kosilo: ZLO\u017dENKA Z AJDO, OHROVTOM IN MLETIM MESOM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za eno osebo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ajda 150 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ohrovt 250 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mleto goveje meso 130 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010cebula 30 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010cesen 1 strok<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zelena 50 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Korenje 50 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paradi\u017enik 50 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olj\u010dno olje 1 \u017elica<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na olj\u010dnem olju du\u0161ite drobno nasekljane \u010debulo, \u010desen, zeleno in korenje. Ko se zelenjava zmeh\u010da, dodajte mleto goveje meso, sol, poper, timijan in baziliko ter zalivajte z vodo, dokler se meso ne skuha. Proti koncu kuhanja dodajte doma\u010do paradi\u017enikovo omako. V loncu rahlo osoljene vode skuhajte ajdo, v drugem loncu pa liste ohrovta. Ajdo in ohrovt odcedite.
