Le\u010da spada med stro\u010dnice in je za\u017eelen del vsake prehrane.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ima visoko vsebnost prehranskih vlaknin, ki jih prebavni sistem potrebuje za dobro delovanje. Predstavlja tudi dober vir vitaminov skupine B, ki prispevajo k normalnemu delovanju \u017eiv\u010dnega sistema. Prednost le\u010de je, da je pred kuhanjem ni treba namakati, priprava pa bo \u0161e hitrej\u0161a, \u010de se odlo\u010dite za oran\u017eno le\u010do. Ko se zelenjava zmeh\u010da, dodajte kuhano le\u010do in zalijte z vodo ali ju\u0161no osnovo. Solite, poprajte in po \u017eelji dodajte zeli\u0161\u010da.
