Puranje meso je izjemno hranljivo in lahko prebavljivo. Vsebuje malo ma\u0161\u010dob in veliko hranljivih beljakovin, zato je za\u017eeleno v vsaki prehrani.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za dana\u0161nja kosilo in ve\u010derjo boste potrebovali 200 g mletega puranjega mesa za eno osebo. Ko pripravljate kosilo, skuhajte dnevno koli\u010dino puranjega mesa, del (100 g) pa prihranite za ve\u010derjo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kosilo: POLNJENE BU\u010cKE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bu\u010dke 3<\/li><li>Mleto puranje meso 100 g<\/li><li>\u010cebula 30 g<\/li><li>\u010cesen 1 strok<\/li><li>Korenje 60 g<\/li><li>Mocarela 50 g<\/li><li>Olj\u010dno olje 1 \u017elica<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu\u010dke izdolbite in izdolbeno meso nare\u017eite na majhne kocke. \u010cebulo, korenje in \u010desen nasekljajte in skupaj s kockami bu\u010dk popra\u017eite na olj\u010dnem olju. Ko se zelenjava zmeh\u010da, dodajte mleto puranje meso, sol, poper, rde\u010do papriko in sesekljan sve\u017ei peter\u0161ilj. Ko je meso kuhano, napolnite bu\u010dke, ki ste jih rahlo solili.
