V receptih smo ga \u017ee uporabili, zato le ponovimo njegove bistvene koristi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pi\u0161\u010dan\u010dje meso je pomemben del prehranske piramide, odlikuje pa ga visoka vsebnost beljakovin. Priporo\u010damo ga tistim, ki \u017eelijo zmanj\u0161ati vnos ma\u0161\u010dob v svoji prehrani, z njim pa lahko pripravimo pa\u0161tete, solate, juhe in \u0161e veliko drugih jedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za dana\u0161nja kosilo in ve\u010derjo boste potrebovali 230 g pi\u0161\u010dan\u010djega mesa (ve\u010dje bedro).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kosilo: PI\u0160\u010cAN\u010cJE BEDRO IN CVETA\u010cNI \u00bbRI\u017d\u00ab<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pi\u0161\u010dan\u010dje bedro 130 g<\/li><li>Cveta\u010da 200 g<\/li><li>Grah 80 g<\/li><li>Korenje 80 g<\/li><li>Olj\u010dno olje 2 \u017elici<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cveta\u010do operite in grobo zmeljite v me\u0161alniku, da dobite zrna, podobna ri\u017eu. Na olj\u010dnem olju du\u0161ite grah in korenje, dodajte cveta\u010do, za\u010dinite in pokrijte. Ko se cveta\u010da zmeh\u010da, je cveta\u010dni \u00bbri\u017e\u00ab kuhan.
