Bolj\u0161a izbira so jajca sre\u010dnih koko\u0161i, ki se prosto pasejo ter i\u0161\u010dejo \u010drve. \u010ce jajc ne kupujete na tr\u017enici, dajte prednost ekolo\u0161ki ali talni reji. Dovolj je en kos polnozrnatega kuha, npr. z dro\u017emi. V hladno posodo damo maslo in \u010debulo in pristavimo na ogenj, med me\u0161anjem posteklenimo. Dodamo koprive in vro\u010do juho ter eno \u017elico prosene ka\u0161e. Pokrito rahlo vremo 10 minut. V juho zame\u0161amo smetano, jo posolimo, popopramo in za\u010dinimo z mu\u0161katnim ore\u0161\u010dkom.
